-The Commissioning process-

*slots are offered up through my journals on FA. Set type and number of slots are listed and are first come first serve.

 

*For first 24 hours slots are one per person, after that additional slots may be claimed if open.

 

*To claim slot comment on journal which slot you would like

 

*I will contact you via note on your selected slot

 

*After securing the slot you will have 24 hours to fill out commission form and respond or slot will be reopened to the next client wishing to take the slot.

 

*It is required to have any and all commission details at time of commissioning.

 

*Once I am ready to begin on your commission I will email you with payment information and you will have 48 hours to complete payment before I start work. After this point all communications on your commission will be done via email.

*Once I have a sketch ready I will send to you via email for your approval. At that time any corrections or adjustments can be requested. Pose alterations will not be made after the sketch is approved.

*once commission is completed I will send to you via email your final image in .png format (or jpeg if requested) at full resolution. No alterations will be done after image is complete. The only exception to this would be my misunderstanding or oversight.

~Commissions will be worked on in both my time and during my streams. There is no guarantee your commission will be streamed.

-Base prices-

Single character chibi - $60+

Single Character full body - $75+

2 character thigh up - $100+

Ref sheets start at $100+

 

~For Ref sheet~

$100- Front, Back, Color swatch

+$30 Add chibi outfit (3 max)

+$30 Add Feral (one per ref sheet)

+$20 Add detail shot [head shot, genitals, piercings, ETC] (3 max)

+$10 Text details [likes, dislikes, stats, ETC] *Prices are for flat colored images.

I am open to discuss pricing for inks only with the exception of ref sheets which are only to be done in flat color.

 

*Additional fees will be added due to complexity of character/image

 

*Payments are to be made in full prior to start of commission.

 

*Payments are accepted via paypal only, through "goods and services" (Invoices can be done on request) E-checks will not be accepted.

 

-Refunds-

*Full refunds will be given only if work has not been started

 

*If work has been started, only a partial refund will be issued

 

*No refunds after work has been completed

 

-Artwork usage-

*You may repost your commission as long as I am credited with a link for my work.

 

*You may use your commission for your personal use. [ie: print it on a shirt, to hang in your house, use on your webpage etc.]

 

*You may resize or crop your commission for use in things such as icons, profile pics, etc.

 

*If purchasing an ink only image, you may color on your own.

 

*You may NOT use your commission for profit or sales unless first having discussed fees with me and having my written permission.

 

*you may NOT remove my signature from your commission.

 

*If purchasing an ink only image you may NOT pay another artist to color the image, or use that image for bases.
